Receive Contracted Rooms Count at the Room Type Level from Agilysys Sales & Catering

The Stay - Agilysys Sales & Catering integration is enhanced to receive the contracted rooms count for a group from Sales & Catering at the room type level and update the count for the group in the following areas in Stay:

• Group Rooms Control dashboard (Dashboard à Group Rooms Control)

• Room Blocks tab of the group (Group à Room Blocks à Setup)

Previously, the contracted rooms count sent for a group at the room type level was not updated for the group in Stay.

Through this enhancement, the contracted rooms count sent from Sales & Catering will be updated in Stay as follows:

• When the contracted rooms count is sent at the room type level, the count will be updated in Stay in the Contracted column of each applicable room type in the Room Blocks tab of the group, and by date in the Group Rooms Control dashboard.

• When the contracted rooms count is sent at the gross booking level, the overall contracted rooms count will be updated in the Contracted field present in the in the Room Blocks tab of the group in Stay.
